材料:
小洋蔥半個 (切细粒)
紫葱一粒 (切细粒)
蒜蓉4粒 (切细粒)
豬肉碎 300g (要marinate)
韓式面豉醬1湯匙
豆辨醬或麻婆豆腐醬 2 湯匙
乾花椒粒 半至一茶匙
米酒 30-50ml (其他勁味酒就唔好用咁多)
雞湯 300ml
豆腐一盒600g (medium soft)
茨 (生粉一湯匙加二湯匙水)
葱粒 (隨你)
